Applies to sign-ups at Open Banking Expo (UK) and Money20/20 (US).
Who is the controller
Invela is the data controller for the details you provide on the sign-up form.
What we collect and why
- Company legal name and website/domain — to compute your outside-in Invela Risk Indicator score from public signals.
- Your name, job title and company email — to arrange and confirm your risk-score walkthrough and to follow up.
- Industry segment and region — to rank your score against anonymised peers and show the right regional view.
- Meeting preference — where the event offers meetings, to schedule your walkthrough. Events that offer none do not ask this.
Lawful basis and consent
We hold your personal data on the basis of the consent you give on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will not store your personal data if you do not consent.
Retention and your rights
We keep lead details for 24 months from the date you sign up, then erase the personal details from our records. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data at any time before then by contacting Invela, and we will erase it on request.
How your score is computed
The Invela Risk Indicator is outside-in: it is derived from publicly observable data (domain and infrastructure signals, public registries, and adverse media). You do not supply the data that drives the score.
